These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you, the customer, and ConnectSphere, your authorized provider of high-speed internet, cable TV, wireless phone, and home security services. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Agreement

ConnectSphere provides telecom services subject to the terms outlined herein. Services include high-speed internet, cable TV, wireless phone, and home security, as detailed in your service plan. The agreement begins upon activation of your service and continues until terminated by either party in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or plan, with notice provided via email, our website, or other communication channels.

2. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and billing information, notifying us promptly of any changes.
  • Use services responsibly, complying with all applicable laws and our acceptable use policies.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials (e.g., usernames, passwords, PINs) and report any suspected unauthorized access immediately to info@myinternetbundle.net.
  • Ensure that any equipment provided by ConnectSphere (e.g., modems, routers, set-top boxes) is used properly and returned in good condition upon termination of service.

Failure to comply may result in service suspension, termination, or additional fees.

3. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all charges associated with your service plan, including monthly fees, installation costs, equipment rentals, and any applicable taxes or surcharges. Payments are due on the date specified in your billing statement. Late payments may incur fees, and non-payment may lead to service suspension or termination. ConnectSphere reserves the right to modify pricing or billing terms, with at least 30 days’ notice provided to customers.

4. Service Availability and Interruptions

ConnectSphere strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance, equipment upgrades, or network repairs.
  • Unforeseen events such as power outages, natural disasters, or third-party network failures.
  • Customer equipment issues or improper use of services.

We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible. ConnectSphere is not liable for losses or damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

5. Equipment and Installation

ConnectSphere may provide equipment (e.g., modems, routers, security devices) for use with our services. This equipment remains the property of ConnectSphere and must be returned in good condition upon service termination. You are responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Installation services, where applicable, will be performed by authorized technicians, and you agree to provide access to your premises for installation or maintenance.

6. Termination of Service

Early termination fees may apply if your plan includes a minimum commitment period. ConnectSphere may terminate or suspend your service for reasons including non-payment, violation of these terms, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must return all ConnectSphere equipment within 14 days to avoid additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

ConnectSphere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period in question. Services are provided “as is,” and we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by law.

8. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those related to telecommunications, data privacy, and intellectual property. ConnectSphere may disclose customer information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law, such as in response to court orders or subpoenas.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updates will be posted on our website, and significant changes will be communicated via email or other channels.
